What a great campsite, clean, friendly and nice and peaceful, stunning views. Nice pool and facilities that are immaculately clean. The site has tight access and it’s highly advised to call or email before going there as it gets full very quickly and Serena will advise you if your vehicle will fit, anything over 6.7 mts will struggle. On a side note I have to mention Serena, she is the heart and soul of this place, you have a problem she will do everything to help, she is very knowledgeable of the area and she can give you contact details of taxis and local restaurants, I am sure without her this site would not be as special as it is.
Upon our arrival at Camping Sole in Varazze, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who took the time to thoroughly explain the layout and amenities of the site. This was a refreshing experience contrary to some reviews mentioning a rude reception. Our advice would be to avoid lots 1-7 due to proximity to highway noise; however, the other lots provided a peaceful retreat.
The campsite is meticulously maintained, and the sanitation standards are top-notch, especially the bathrooms which remained clean even during peak hours. The breakfast service provided was commendable with a variety of options to choose from, kick-starting our days on a positive note.
Situated just a short stroll from the sea, the location of Camping Sole is indeed enviable. With its well-marked pitches for campers, caravans, and tents, along with essential utilities, it’s a camper’s haven. The ocean view available at the site added a tranquil touch to our stay.
Additional amenities like free parking, high-speed internet, and a welcoming pool were the cherries on top. The pet-friendly nature of Camping Sole made it a perfect choice for us, and the overall value for money is impressive.
Our stay at Camping Sole was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-maintained and serene camping spot near the beautiful shores of Varazze.
Immaculate site perched on top of the hill with lovely views & pool. Great size pitches with water and EHU. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has a little shop at reception with essentials and local produce. Varazze a lovely stop on the Italian riviera……very relaxing, peaceful campsite.

Lovely friendly camping site,the owners so helpfull, toilets and showers spotless and piping hot water, swimming pool was refreshing and clean, pitch level with power points and water, friendly chicken 🐔 likes feeding 😀 …
Such a relaxing campsite, didn’t want to leave! This small, but excellent campsite is ideal for a stopover or long stay. Facilities are very clean and the welcome very warm. A ten minute walk into Varazze for bars and restaurants, and also the beaches. A dog friendly beach is very close, and dogs are very welcome on site. A small shop has essentials, and Serena the owner is very helpful. An overall 5 star experience.
Very nice place, stayed for two nights. Has a nice pool, good view and lots of shade for your individual place. Only downside is the nearby autostrada which will also be quite busy at night.
Really nice campsite. We visited in winter (February 2023) and the campsite is open and a set rate of 25€ per night. The sanitary facilities are spot on, hot showers, warm in the entire building, and even nice music in the sanitary building :)
The pitches are large, with water and electricity, and mostly in the sun on all day with great views!
Make sure to make a reservation prior to arriving due to limited spots. Definitely recommend staying here.
Nice hosts! Place is in a great location on top of the hill. Showers with hot water and a large lobby with a pool. Would recommend to travelers passing through.
